Pandria is a startup that revolutionizes performance management by
acting as a personal feedback coach, automating feedback requests,
and providing personalized coaching through work chat apps like
Slack or Teams. It tailors advice to individual contexts and
synthesizes feedback into growth reports, removing recency bias.
This enables continuous growth and effective performance reviews.
Wireframe and Prototyping
This project consisted of 4 phases.
The first one was a showcase of a prototype about how the chatbot
talks and asks things in a one on one in Slack and Teams, how it
integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, so the CEO of Pandria
could show it in action for the investors in a presentation.
Dashboard
The next one was to build a comprehensive design system for the
dashboard, which is a side of the product, to enhance user
experience and ensure consistency. This system streamlines
workflows, making the design process more efficient for both myself
and the developers. There are 3 types of dashboards, one for each
employee of the company, such as HR people, managers and teammates,
where they can share feedback, team growth, key actions to take
about the feedback, graphs to show feedback engagement, self
reflection and so on.
Pitch
The third phase included a compelling design for the investor pitch,
focusing on clarity and visual impact to effectively communicate the
product's value. The design aligns with the brand identity, ensuring
a professional and engaging presentation.
Landing Page
The final phase involved creating a research-driven responsive
landing page, competitor analysis, and using comparison charts.
Through multiple iterations, I refined the design to achieve the
best result.
